1. Open An Online Brokerage Account
Click here and go to eToro. You will see this page and click sign up on the top right corner of the page.
2. CHoose your sign-up method
Sign up with Google or Facebook. Alternatively, you can choose to sign up with an email and create a username. Don’t forget to read and accept eToro’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3. Choose a Username
If you have chosen to sign up with Google or Facebook, enter a username.
4. Complete your profile
Click continue to complete your profile
5. Enter Your details
Make sure to enter your real details, it has to match the identification you use to verify your account later!
6. Enter Your Home Address
Enter your real address too, and tick “I am Not a US person/ I was not born in the US.”
7. Answer All The Questions
There are a couple of questions you need to answer to give eToro an idea of how much knowledge you know about investing.
8. Choose Your verification method
Choose your verification method: Passport, Medicare, or Driver’s License.
9. Deposit Funds
Deposit the amount you want. The amount you invest will be converted to US dollars because that’s the base currency on eToro. That means the value of your portfolio and positions will all be displayed in US dollars.
10. Start Investing!
